Who am I? I'm Rachel & I am your course instructor! I'm also a qualified Nutritional Therapist & Medicinal Chef with over 25 years' food and nutrition experience.
What do I do? I see clients 1:1 in clinic & I also host workshops & events. In clinic, I offer personalized nutrition plans, to get to the root cause of your health issues, using a food first approach.
To support your personalized nutrition protocol, I host practical, medicinal cooking classes & nutrition workshops.
I previously lectured at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Dublin on their Natural Chef course & I have a keen interest in Gut Health, Heart Health & Hormone Health.
A little behind the scenes info: Since Covid, I have been unable to host any of my usual nutrition workshops & medicinal cooking classes; so I am adapting all my in-person services to online courses with Teachable. I’m beginning with all things Sourdough - the poster boy of bread.
And it doesn’t stop there! I'm also currently in the process of creating more online courses for all my ‘hands on’ classes: Sourdough Level 2, My Complete Fermentation, Raw Food & Sprouting Course, My Meal Prep Class, as well as a comprehensive Menopause course and support group in the pipeline!
